Refund Policy

WARRANTY

All Nordifakt products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee covers faulty products, faulty workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at hello@nordifakt.com

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase on nordifakt.com for any reason, please contact us about a return or exchange on hello@nordifakt.com. Nordifakt will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Shipping costs associated with the return will be at your own cost.

Items must be returned, new and unused in original packaging.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Upon returning, you are fully responsible for any loss or damage to items that occur before they are returned to us, including if they are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend you to obtain proof of postage receipt when returning goods to us. Please use the return form which you find in the package along with your Nordifakt Products.

Nordifakt.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding.

If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment

Nordifakt accepts Visa, Mastercard and other international card-networks, PayPal and Klarna. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Nordifakt, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

The money for your order will be withdrawn when we ship your order.

Nordifakt.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. Nordifakt.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On nordifakt.com all prices are based in EURO (€) and converted to the chosen currency.

Packages are shipped out within 2 business day of receiving the order.

If you need specific delivery times for your country, please send us an email at hello@nordifakt.com. If you need to expedite an order, please also email us and we will do our best to help make it happen.

Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, Nordifakt is not reliable. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a cancellation of the order.

If you order from the UK, there will always be custom and duty fees added to your order. These fees are due prior to delivery of your package. Should you deny the fees, then please note, that Nordifakt will only be able to create a refund once the package has been returned to us.

If you wish to return your Nordifakt product(s), shipping costs associated with the return will be at your own cost. Please choose an option with tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost in route to us.

We have chosen to collaborate with Asendia on our shipping. Due to a large increase in shipping costs over the last year, we are doing everything we can to keep the cost down for our customers, which is why we have made the decision to use Asendia instead of UPS as our shipping partner. This may mean that your shipment is under way a little longer, but we believe that in the end it is to everyones benefit.
